Rolling out the NEW King Soopers Community Rewards Program!

King Soopers has just made it easier to be part of the Community Rewards Program and help ACS earn money on what you already do - shop for groceries!
In the past we have sold cards that you have to re-load money onto in order for ACS to benefit.  Now everything is tied to your loyalty card and there is no hassle to load money onto a separate card!

 - Go to My Account on the top right
 - Sign In to your account - if you do not have a sign in, you will have to create one
 - Click on Community Rewards on left side
 - Then search for Academy Charter School by entering  VV348  for the organization code and click enroll.  You are now all set!

If you have one of the reloadable cards, they are still active and able to be reloaded, but they are no longer linked to benefit ACS, as of 4/1/19.  Please remember, you MUST enroll in this new program in order for ACS to receive credit for your King Soopers purchases.

For any questions, please see the attached flyer or email Jeannie Reddan at txreddan@msn.com.

Thank you for your continued support of the ACS PTO Programs!

Eagle Dash Fundraiser
Thank you again for all of the great work and support you have given to
your student and our fundraiser!  We would like to personally thank all of you
for your generous donations!  This is one of the most successful fundraisers we
have done in a long time.  ACS grossed $42,192.01 and we're stunned at our totals.
Way to go ACS parents and families!  We could not have done this without you.

Congratulations to the Gillespie Family for winning the PTO VIP Parking Spot
for the ENTIRE 2019-2020 School Year!  Their name was randomly chosen from
the Eagle Dash Fundraiser contest drawing.

EduKit
Once again, ACS will be partnering with EduKit to bring you all of your school supply needs.
EduKit school supply kits come pre-assembled with everything your teacher asked for and
delivered right to your classroom on the first day of school.  No more running from store to
store to find just the right item.  No more lugging in all of your supplies on the first day of school.
EduKit offers convenience in every supply kit!

PTO Dress of Choice Day
Please join us in our last PTO Paid Dress of Choice Day of this school year this Friday May 24.
Please have your $2 ready for your teachers, unless you were part of the one-time prepayment
option.  Teachers have a list of prepaid students.

Please remember, that the PTO Paid DOC Days are voluntary and considered a donation to the
school.  No refunds will be offered for missed days as this proves difficult for the PTO to track.
If you choose not to participate in the PTO Paid DOC Days, regular uniform rules apply.

Thank you for participating in our PTO Paid DOC Days!  To date this year, we have
raised $10,306.41 through this program!

PTO Meeting
Please join us for our last PTO General Meeting of the school year next Tuesday 5/28 at 3pm
in the ACS Cafeteria.  We will be holding our Board Elections in this meeting.  Everyone in
attendance is welcome to vote.  Hope to see you there!

Shopper Rewards Contest

Be sure to keep uploading your receipts over the summer!  One lucky winner will be
chosen randomly to receive a VIP Parking Spot for the month of August!

See below for details on how to join the Shopper Rewards Programs.  For any questions,

PTO VIP Parking Spots

Please kindly refrain from using the Reserved VIP and Auction Winner Parking Spots at ANY time
of the day, unless you are the authorized user. This includes during all carpool closures, before,
during and after school, during both carpool times, and during any after-school event or activities.
Please instruct any family members picking up on your behalf to please adhere to the rules as well.
We have witnessed many families pulling into these spots in the morning to quickly drop
students off or simply ignoring the posted signs and parking in the spots to walk in and
retrieve students...this is not allowed!
Vehicles found in violation will be towed at the
owner’s expense.

The Reserved Parking Spots are clearly designated and marked with each authorized family’s
name. These spots were purchased by ACS families, some paying upwards of $1000, and have
the right to park there at any time during the school year. To purchase your very own Reserved
Parking Spot, please plan to participate in our annual School Auction in the Spring.

ACS and the PTO appreciates your cooperation and understanding!
