ACS Homeschool Support Kindergarten Program

Academy Charter School encourages all Kindergarten applicants not accepted in the ACS lottery to consider placement in the Academy Charter Homeschool Support Kindergarten Program.
Instruction is offered two days a week for a period of three hours each day. Science and Introductory Spanish are the subjects taught along with support in letter recognition, phonemic awareness, high frequency words, reading, number recognition and math as applicable to the lesson, writing, classroom protocol, calendar skills, class participation, social skills, etc.!
Our students enjoy a class size limited to ten students. A teacher assistant is available to the class as needed. Support Program students have access to many ACS activities and services. They also have priority in the ACS lottery after staff and ACS siblings.
Please fill out the online application at www.academycharter.org if you would like your kindergartener to attend. Please review our web page for more information. The director may be contacted at adairk@academycharter.org or 303-663-2374. If the director does not answer leave a message and your call will be returned promptly.
